Orders and Inquiries are handled the within 48 hours starting the next business day

MEASUREMENTS: All measurements are approximate and, as each piece is made by hand, no style will be reproduced exactly the same. This also means that you are wearing a unique piece of art. Keep in mind that many of the stones we use are natural, not man made and therefore their measurements and what you see on line may differ from what you actually receive. Also colors may vary according to the calibration of your monitor or device. We do our very best to use premium stones and match as carefully as we can.

In-stock jewelry is shipped within 3 days of your order date. Custom or out-of-stock jewelry usually ships within 3 to 4 weeks of your order date. We do not ship internationally or outside of the U.S. contiguous states at this time.

Shipping and handling charges include insurance, packaging, handling and shipping fees for USPS Priority Mail, which takes up to three days for delivery. Call us for next day and 2nd day shipping rates: 919-414-1567.

Shipping and handling rates are determined by the order amount:
Orders of $0–50:                         $8.00 S&H
Orders of $50.01–100:            $10.50 S&H
Orders of $100.01–150:          $11.50 S&H

Free ground shipping on orders over $150.00.


Returns are accepted within 30 Days of Invoice Date and must be returned undamaged, with the original Tags.

Use original packaging to prepare your return.

Return should be made through USPS by Insured Priority Mail.

Please use our contact form to arrange for returns and obtain your return code and give us the tracking number of your return.

No returns will be accepted without our return code.

You are responsible for return shipping charges unless your jewelry was damaged upon receipt or physical defects.

Custom Orders may not be returned unless there is a physical defect.
